Situation:
  • SEO was turned off, 82% of keywords lost.
  • On-page SEO deactivated, no clear insight into penalized pages.
Actions Taken:
  • Comprehensive audit of the website.
  • Identified critical SEO errors, including missing metadata, broken links, and lack of keyword optimization.
  • Ongoing On-page optimization plan: reactivating SEO components, adding necessary metadata, alt tags, and schema markup.
    • Metadata Optimization: We have begun reintroducing and optimizing meta titles, descriptions, and headers (H1, H2, etc.) to improve relevancy for targeted keywords and enhance click-through rates.
    • Content and Keyword Integration: We identified critical pages lacking focus keywords and began re-optimizing content to align with the most relevant terms for your target audience and geographic area.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager


We successfully implemented Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on the website, enabling detailed tracking across approximately 60 pages and setting up 12 events, including three key events to monitor critical user interactions. Additionally, Google Search Console was linked with Google Analytics, consolidating search data within the Analytics platform to enhance our understanding of how users discover and engage with the site through Google Search.

To enhance visibility into website performance on Google Search, we have connected Google Analytics with Google Search Console. This integration allows us to access detailed search data directly within the Analytics platform, providing a cohesive view of both search visibility and on-site engagement metrics.

By linking these two tools, we can now seamlessly monitor key Search Console data, such as top search queries, landing pages, geographic distribution, and device usage. This data will enable us to analyze how users discover the website via Google Search and assess their behavior once they arrive. This integration supports more comprehensive reporting and performance analysis, helping us to identify new opportunities for optimization based on search trends and user engagement.

  • The website's off-page SEO efforts, including external listings, social profiles, and directory presence, were either inactive or inaccurate, impacting visibility and authority across various platforms.
    • The Google Business Profile (GBP) is currently unoptimized, with outdated information and low engagement (last updated in January 2024)
